When Jefferson County first extended the invitation for me to become Sheriff, I seized the opportunity, because I sought to give back to the community and organization that had supported me during my career. As I continue to oversee the public’s safety for our great region, I’m continually looking for ways to partner with the community in order to balance protection with liberty.
