Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has verified the identity of the individual arrested yesterday afternoon in the death of Frank “Skip” M. Smith, Jr.

Ryan N. Sorensen, age 30, of Spanish Fork, Utah is scheduled for his initial court appearance today at 2 PM in Jefferson County Superior Court.

Recipients of this notice are reminded that Mr. Sorensen has not been formally charged with a crime.
